Visit the Kids
We welcome and encourage visitors to come and spend time with the children helping with physiotherapy and feeding. The children require daily massage and stretching in order to maintain muscle mass and gain strength. We have a simple program which is easy for new volunteers to follow, as well as, drop in visitors. After physiotherapy you can feed the children either lunch or afternoon tea depending on the time you come to visit. We would encourage you to visit for at least 2 hours.
We request visitors DO NOT bring unhealthy snacks such as chocolates, crisps and sweets. Instead, please bring some fruit which the children love eating and it is a great treat for them. Yogurt and milk are also nutritious items to bring along on your visit.
Please contact us before coming to the centre for an appropriate visiting day and time.
